CARNIVAL:
Wool Carnival Saturday 17th June.  We are still taking bookings for pitches, contact George & Dawn 01929 462064 or Steve & Toni 01929 405063.  Bottles are needed for our 'Bottle Stall' at the carnival. Anything new donated from a bottle of sauce to a bottle of whisky would be appreciated.  Please give donations to any committee member.

With summer approaching, many of our driving volunteers are away. PLEASE try and give at least 3 DAYS NOTICE of any requests for transport, especially to Dorchester Hospital.

 

The Durberville Dash 10K - July 23 2017 Start 11.00 - Volunteer help needed please......
Human Energy runners appeal for help on the day at the D'Urberville 10K race.  Our helpers increase each year but the growth and popularity of this event means we are pressed even more, we expect close to 400 entries this year. There are tasks at HQ in the D'Urberville Hall and as Marshals on the course.  It can be just  1 hour or 2 hours and you are awarded the event T shirt and free refreshments are provided. We do make donations each year to 4 village organisations. Contact for the race is Bob Panter for helpers or those wishing to enter, 01929 288318 or bob.panter@hotmail.com
